As active, committed Christians of a reformed evangelical persuasion, ÂÜÀòžž’s staff are focused on fulfilling this mission through the way that they personally and professionally fulfill their roles and responsibilities.

Ongoing professional development is an essential part of life for staff at ÂÜÀòžž. Twice a year the school conducts its own week-long internal professional development program and staff are also encouraged to undertake postgraduate training at either the National Institute for Christian Education (NICE) or other tertiary institutions. Throughout the year staff also attend professional development courses run by various national bodies such as Christian Education National (CEN) and the Association of Independent Schools (AIS). We also offer our own internal mentoring program.

Staff have opportunities to use their God-given abilities to provide leadership in a wide range of co-curricular activities such as: sports coaching, camps, musical performances and Duke of Edinburgh Scheme. ÂÜÀòžž Christian School does not participate in Saturday sport programs.
