Illness and misadventure provisions are available to support students who are unwell or have a valid reason that might prevent them from completing an assessment task or exam.
Illness and Misadventure Applications must be submitted within 24 hours of the in-class assessment or exam.

Complete each of the following steps if your child is unwell for an exam/assessment. This must be done if your child is ill on the day of the task or the day before the task.
Please note for students who are absent the day before a task this includes being absent on a Friday when a task is scheduled on the following Monday.
Complete each of the following steps if your child experiences unforeseen misadventure before an exam/assessment. This must be done if there is a misadventure on the day of the task or the day before the task.

If students are ill or this is a misadventure on the day of the assessment, parents should advise the Head of Faculty via email, on the day of the assessment.
Students who do not have a valid reason for missing an assessment / submitting an assessment, will be deducted 20% of the achieved mark for each day the assessment is late.
